This page contains answers to common questions handled by our support staff, along with some tips
and tricks that we have found useful and presented here as questions.
Note: In these answers we will follow a few shorthand conventions for describing user-interface
procedures. Key combinations will be presented like this: Ctrl+Alt+Delete, which means that you
should press and hold down the Control key, the Alt key, and the Delete key at the same time.
Menu selections will be presented like this: File->Open, which means that you should open the File
menu, and then make the Open selection.

The first thing that you have to do is make sure that you have unzipped he
packs or individual designs into you MW3 directory. Once this is done open up
a multi-player sessions without anyone else but you in the game. Lock the
options, ensuring that "Use stock Mech's only" is not checked. Then
go into the Mech lab and select the Mech that matches the Mech you wish to
import. Once that is done hit Ctrl+I. Pick the file of the Mech you wish to
import and and hit OK. Then you must save over the Mech exit the game and
restart it, do that each time you want to import a new Mech, you can if your
system will support this much use, import multiple Mechs in one session, but
you must always restart once you are done.
You can find them here on this site as well as a few other sites on the
internet. Also you can ask a friend of yours if you like his Mech to export it
and email it to you.
Select the Mech that you wish to export while in the Mech Lab. Then hit
Ctrl+X and then "Save". Remember where your file went and the name
of the file so that you may send it to someone at a later date.
